I hate New Year’s resolutions. I find them stupid. A new calendar cannot make you a new person.

On the other hand, we do measure our progress on the scale of time so it’s good to have ambitious targets tied to realistic timelines.

Let me start with the remaining days of December:

  • Target: 250 newsletter subscribers. Current count: 227

  • Target: 2500 followers on X. Current count: 2382

  • Continue working on Quizoot and get the MVP out at least in early January if not earlier

Some targets for 2025

  • Make Quizoot my most successful project. In terms of money, my best project was IconMage and in terms of traffic, it is Cric Tac Toe.

  • Get promoted at work.

  • Figure out the next step in my career - new company, Masters, or full-time solopreneurship?

  • Make at least 1 or 2 profitable SaaS other than Quizoot.

  • Double my newsletter subscribers (500+) and X followers (5000+).

  • Of course, there are other personal and family commitments that I may not mention here but this is my brief list for the next year.

I feel it’s good to have stuff written down in public so I can look at it months later and see where I am.
