Hello there,

If you remember me and are still subscribed, you are batshit crazy (in a good way)!

If I start explaining why I haven’t written a single edition since October 3rd, 2025, and how I stopped at 253 subscribers and am now at 289 subscribers(!), this would be a really long ride.

So let’s start slow with something big:

Traccia Is Live On Product Hunt

AI agents are gradually taking over, and it is inevitable that they will replace and work alongside traditional software across industries.

But AI agents have a certain level of autonomy - they can hallucinate, they can make bad decisions, they can go into a endless retry loop, they can break into secure systems - and all this can be beyond the code and beyond any testing that you have done.

At the same time, they are super powerful. They can make decisions that traditional if-else logic cannot cover. They can analyse problems because of the wealth of their training data, and provide solutions without involving a human. Autonomy.

AI agents are here to stay.

Hence, my team has built Traccia - the AI Agent Control Plane.

A single place to register, monitor, evaluate, control, and govern your AI agents.

If I keep going on, this would become highly technical and unfathomably long.

A fun project: Newsletter Wars

Over the weekend, I also built a leaderboard for newsletters called Newsletter Wars.

It is a public leaderboard where newsletters compete for visibility.

There is no mysterious algorithm and no claim that the newsletters at the top are objectively the best.

The site currently has:

  • A permanent Top 10 leaderboard

  • A weekly leaderboard that resets every Monday

  • Public bids and click counts

  • A free weekly entry for people who share the experiment

  • Sponsor positions for products that want to reach newsletter operators

Every 3 visits on the site, generates a click for a newsletter. For any listed newsletter, the CPC just keeps going down.

With enough traffic, these numbers are better than Meta Ads or Google AdSense!

If you write a newsletter, go ahead, and list your newsletter on the leaderboard!
